Refund Policy
Your rights regarding refunds and withdrawal for educational programs and consulting services purchased from Detoxifyghneckal.
As a consumer purchasing services from a business located in the Netherlands, you have specific rights under the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and EU consumer protection law. This policy explains those rights and our refund procedures clearly.

1. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented in Dutch law via Article 6:230o of the Burgerlijk Wetboek), consumer purchasers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Digital content fully performed: If you have expressly agreed that we may begin delivering digital educational content immediately upon purchase, and you have acknowledged that this waives your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal lapses upon delivery of the digital content.
- Consulting sessions already delivered: Once a remote guidance session has been conducted, a full refund cannot be issued for that session.
- Partial program use: If you have accessed and downloaded more than 50% of a program's weekly content, we reserve the right to apply a pro-rata refund calculation.
3. Refund procedure
Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notice within the 14-day window, we will:
- Acknowledge your withdrawal request within 2 business days
- Process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice
- Refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed
We will not charge any fee for processing a valid refund within the statutory period.
4. Requests outside the 14-day window
Requests for refunds received after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. While we are not legally obliged to issue refunds in such circumstances, we aim to handle all situations reasonably. Factors we consider include the reason for the request, the proportion of the service already delivered, and any extenuating circumstances.
Discretionary refunds outside the statutory period may be issued as credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
5. Technical issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing purchased digital content, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Where a technical issue cannot be resolved and access to purchased content is permanently prevented, we will offer a full refund regardless of the withdrawal period.

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your refund request, you may submit a complaint to:
